Patient Observation Assistant (Full And Part Time)

TouchPoint is hiring full and part-time Patient Observation Assistants in Mequon, WI, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Candidates are preferred to have one to two years of prior patient observation experience and must have a high school diploma.

The position requires visual and audible monitoring of assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Essential duties include observing patient behavior, reporting safety issues, assisting with meals, and responding to emergencies.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.

Current CPR AED or basic life Support healthcare provider (BLS-HCP) certification required within 30 days of hire, if required at the facility.

Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods. Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

One to two years of previous experience is preferred.
