Overnight HousekeeperA private family in Atherton with a 2nd home in Sonoma is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper to join their household team. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organized home, is proactive, adaptable, flexible, and enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment. The home includes pets and young children (no childcare responsibilities), and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with both.Hours:10:00 PM-6:00 AM OR just a few hours each night--our client can be flexible on the exact hoursLocal candidates only, please.Key Responsibilities:Nightly cleaning and general tidying of a large residence, in coordination with other housekeeping staffOrganizational support for both shared and private spacesRestocking household supplies and maintaining inventoriesAssisting with household support projectsTravel to the family's Portola Valley & Sonoma residences (as needed)Assisting with basic animal careQualifications:Proven experience in high-end private residencesExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsDiscreet, professional, calm, and respectful of family privacyFlexible and able to adapt to evolving household needs and schedulesTeam player with a positive attitudeComfortable working around pets, including dogs and chickensWillingness to communicate via WhatsApp for daily coordinationCompensation and Benefits:$50 per hour DOEMedical Insurance4 weeks PTO inclusive of vacation sick and holidaysDM Estate Staffing is a domestic staffing firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, dedicated to connecting exceptional Private Service Professionals with private clients and family offices across the United States.
