Job Description
Join a fast-paced telemetry observation unit in Rancho Mirage as an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse. This 13-week contract is designed for a nurse with at least two years of experience who is comfortable caring for observation patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing central lines, starting IVs, and working with pacemakers and insulin pumps. EPIC proficiency is required, along with experience managing at least three of the following cardiac drips: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, or Nitro. The schedule offers 12-hour day shifts, with a 3x12 or 4x12 structure, every other weekend coverage, and floating to other telemetry units as needed. First-time travelers are not eligible for this assignment.
