Client Services Associate A highly respected single family office is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support family principals, affiliated entities, and external advisors. This role partners closely with leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, confidential environment. Responsibilities Coordinate family meetings, events, and advisor communications Manage legal, financial, and governance documentation Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations Track projects, open items, and document execution workflows Liaise with outside advisors and service providers Support operational, administrative, and strategic family office initiatives Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in a family office, private wealth, or executive support environment Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Financial literacy and experience working with complex documents preferred Proactive, service-oriented and excels in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments Strong attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Quest Organization
