Behavioral Health Technician

Trinity Autism Services | In-Home ABA Therapy Trinity Autism Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Support reduction of challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies Collect accurate and timely data on client progress Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in every interaction What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working one-on-one with children Ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively with a clinical team Requirements 18+ years old Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients’ homes Preferred Experience working with children is preferred but not required Experience with autism or ABA is a plus Why Join Trinity Autism Services?
