UI/UX Designer job at Futurex. Bulverde, TX. We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive interfaces. Responsibilities User Research and Analysis Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience. Wireframing and Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts. Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing. UI Design Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI designs that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines. Collaborate with graphic designers to implement visual design elements. Usability Testing Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the user experience. Collaboration Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non‑technical team members. Stay Updated Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and highlighting problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of front‑end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
