Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Syracuse, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient general dentistry role focused on bread-and-butter dental procedures
• Stable weekday schedule with no nights or weekends required
• Community-focused healthcare organization emphasizing accessible patient care
• Structured clinical environment with full support staff and collaborative workflows
• Central New York city offering cultural attractions, university athletics, entertainment, and outdoor recreation

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $185,000 – $200,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $20,000
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights required
• No weekends required

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services
• Deliver bread-and-butter dental care procedures
• Manage approximately 16–20 patients daily
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care within outpatient dental setting

• Clear and active New York Dentist license REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing bread-and-butter general dentistry REQUIRED
• Ability to efficiently manage 13–15 patients daily REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within supportive team-based setting REQUIRED
• Commitment to quality outpatient dental care REQUIRED
