Job Summary
Electro Physiology (EP) Lab Technicians and Registered Nurses are sought for a reputable healthcare provider in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves supporting a high-volume cardiac program specializing in complex procedures such as electrophysiology studies, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, ablations, and lead extractions. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced equipment and a skilled team within a well-regarded cardiac care unit.

Job Details

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Technologists must have RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification, ACLS, BLS. Registered Nurses must hold an RN license, ACLS, BLS.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EP procedures, including EP studies, pacemakers, ICDs, ablations, and lead extractions.
• Responsibilities: Assist with and monitor diagnostic EP studies, device implants, ablations, and lead extractions. Maintain adherence to safety and procedural protocols.
• Certifications Required: RNs - RN license, BLS, ACLS; Technologists - RCIS, RCES, or RT(R), BLS, ACLS
• Additional Information:
  • Support a high-volume cardiac program offering advanced cardiac modalities.
  • Work with GE and Philips x-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, Merge Hemo documentation system.
  • Collaborate with a team skilled in complex cardiac procedures, including TAVR, MitrClips, Watchman, and ECMO support.
  • No float required beyond prep and recovery areas.
