Production Worker Opportunity

We are hiring Production Workers to support a variety of roles in a cold storage food manufacturing environment with strict sanitation standards. Positions may include fast-paced line production work or more physically demanding roles involving heavy lifting and material handling. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and a team-based environment.

• Starting at $15.00/hour

First Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (depending on department)

Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Monday–Friday schedule

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.

Operate production equipment and complete assigned tasks accurately.

Handle, lift, and move materials safely as required by the role.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.

Monitor product quality and follow detailed work instructions.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Ability to work in a cold environment for the duration of the shift.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Willingness to perform either fast-paced line work or physically demanding tasks involving lifting and movement.
