As a Full-Time Box Truck Non CDL Driver at Viking Coca Cola in Willmar, MN, you will embark on an engaging and fulfilling journey each day. Your responsibilities will begin with conducting thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Following a meticulous check-out process, you’ll deliver our popular products directly to customer locations, unloading and merchandising them according to our established standards. You’ll actively engage with customers, providing friendly and professional service while collecting payments and handling any damaged or returned items.

Utilizing handheld devices for invoicing, you'll maintain effective communication with sales teams to coordinate marketing displays and enhance customer experiences. With every trip, you’ll uphold the cleanliness of your vehicle and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations, making each day exciting and rewarding. Additional tasks will be assigned to enhance your role within our high-performance company culture.

To thrive as a Full-Time Box Truck Non CDL Driver at Viking Coca Cola, a robust skill set is essential. A valid Commercial Driver’s License and satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check are prerequisites, ensuring safety on the road according to our Vehicle Safety Policy. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques is crucial for navigating diverse routes responsibly.

Exceptional written and organizational skills will enable you to maintain clear, accurate paperwork, while strong communication abilities are vital for fostering positive customer interactions.
