Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT methodologies to generate precise diagnostic images for physicians
• Work closely with radiologists and the wider clinical team to aid in precise diagnosis and treatment
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly and maintain equipment calibration for flawless imaging
• Prioritize radiation safety for all individuals involved
• Keep detailed records, including imaging logs and equipment servicing schedules
• Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging procedures
• Contribute to an organized, safe, and efficient workflow in the imaging department

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Completion of an accredited radiology education program

Required Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment

Essential Skills

• Solid understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety protocols
• Exceptional communication capabilities with patients and interdisciplinary staff
