Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart Specialist in en_US. This position involves supporting a high-acuity surgical environment with responsibilities in cardiac surgeries, including CABGs, valves, aortic repairs, and thoracic procedures. Candidates must demonstrate independence and confidence in working within a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Job Details

• Position Description: Shift 0600-1630 with on call. Requires experience with cardiovascular operating room procedures, notably EVAR or thoracic surgeries, and the ability to perform independently in scrub roles for CABGs, valves, aortic repairs, ECMO/Impella/Chest Tubes, thoracics (Vats, lungs, pericardial windows). Must be adaptable to assist team members in various roles, including turnover and anesthesia support.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications with CVOR experience, Ability to independently scrub CABGs, valves, aortic repairs, ECMO/Impella/Chest Tubes, thoracics (Vats, lungs, pericardial windows); at least 3 years of clinical experience in operating room settings; location in the operational area; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Day shift from 0600-1630, 10 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be a team player, capable of working independently in a high-acuity environment, and provide support in various roles including anesthesia tech assistance and turnover processes.
