Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist

Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as directed by site policies. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and report observations to appropriate site representatives in a timely manner. Support access control and security-related presence at assigned posts to help deter unauthorized activity and/or disruptions within the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
