asset-management, insurance, Management Consulting, Wealth Management Perm Hybrid The Role We’re hiring a Consultant to support insurance-focused transformation initiatives across business, operations, technology, and data . This is a hands-on consulting role for someone early in their consulting career who wants exposure to real client delivery , structured problem-solving, and insurance-specific challenges across Life & Annuity, P&C, and broader insurance markets. You’ll work closely with clients and senior consultants, owning defined workstreams and contributing directly to project outcomes. What You’ll Be Working On Supporting client engagements across the US insurance market Analysing complex insurance business problems and their operational or technology impact Owning components of projects or defined workstreams Gathering and analysing data to develop clear, structured insights Supporting and facilitating client interviews and workshops Producing high-quality client deliverables and presentations Working directly with client stakeholders to support execution and delivery Contributing to thought leadership, market research, and internal initiatives Building a strong understanding of insurance industry trends and challenges What We’re Looking For 2+ years of consulting or in-house consulting / business analyst experience Background in financial services , ideally within insurance Degree in business, economics, engineering, analytics, risk, or a related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with consulting frameworks, project delivery, and process mapping Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable presenting ideas and findings to stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Willingness to travel as required (up to ~50%) If you don’t meet every requirement but have relevant experience and a strong interest in insurance consulting, we still encourage you to apply.
