Starting Pay - $14.01/hour **SIGN ON BONUS $2500** $2.00 Evening & Weekend Shift Differential
Purpose
To assist in coordinating recreational activities with residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs.
- Documenting information
- Transporting patients to/from Activity Programs
Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Crescent Manor is a 90 bed Nursing and Rehab facility located in Southern Vermont close to the New York and Massachusetts borders. We are proud to offer top-quality skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term care.
