Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Senior Living Community Part‑time Day Shift, PRN Day & Night Shift Role Overview As a nurse at Mantey Heights, you will monitor patients, record vital signs, support medication adherence, collaborate with RNs and the medical team, and communicate with families. Responsibilities Engage in attentive monitoring of patients throughout their treatment. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs with a gentle touch. Provide support to ensure patients adhere to their medication regimen. Work seamlessly with RNs and other medical team members. Foster strong connections with patients' families, acting as a liaison. Qualifications Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state. Compassionate and caring nature. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills.
