Senior AI Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and develop next-generation AI-powered applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions using Generative AI technologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent services
• Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI workflows
• Design and implement AI agents and orchestration frameworks
• Develop backend services and REST APIs supporting AI applications
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI use cases
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions
• Contribute to technical architecture, documentation, and engineering best practices
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience developing AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or PydanticAI
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms
• Experience developing backend applications using FastAPI or Django
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AI observability tools such as LangSmith or Arize Phoenix
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
• Experience building AI copilots or intelligent assistants
