Route Details And Operations

Operating area: Lanes run regularly through FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN.
Cargo type: Regional dry van freight with 100% no-touch loading.
Home time: Get home every two weeks for a complete schedule reset.
Post-training: Enjoy consistent miles and reliable routing once you transition to solo.
Mentorship phase: Individual on-the-road training lasts between 4 and 6 weeks.

Compensation And Carrier Benefits

Solo driver pay: Weekly earnings range from $1,250 to $1,550.
High-earner potential: Top-performing drivers make $1,700+ weekly.
Training pay: Guaranteed weekly salary during all mentorship weeks.

Qualifications And Hiring Rules

Must hold a valid CDL-A and be at least 21 years of age.
