NIGHT SHIFT Hospital Registered Nurse - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Description We7re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. In this role, you7ll deliver high-quality care to our patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure each patient7s needs are met with excellence and empathy. Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status. Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings. Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitoring: Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Compliance: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as state and federal guidelines. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]. Experience: Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred. Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move patients as necessary. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to handle physical and emotional stress.
