Flex Nurse Educator - San Bernardino, CA

IQVIA seeks a licensed registered nurse to deliver remote and occasional in-person patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence across multiple Southern California territories. The role involves telephonic and video support, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare providers to help patients manage their disease, requiring an active RN license, bachelor's degree, and minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence via multiple digital platforms
• Provide in-person educational support during territory coverage, including home visits and approved locations
• Connect patients with program-approved resources and facilitate dialogue between patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and meet KPIs and compliance standards
• Mentor new team members and participate in training sessions and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; California licensure required if in Mountain or Pacific time zone
• Bachelor's degree; BSN preferred
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, documentation systems, MS Office, and iPad technology
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Private designated workspace at home; ability to travel up to 50% for field assignments

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000 base annually; bonus eligible
