Resident Activities Director — Enrich Seniors’ Lives (FT)

The Springs of Texarkana is seeking an Activities Director to coordinate and execute a thoughtful activities program for our residents. You will design engaging, person-centered activities and collaborate with the care team to promote well-being and social engagement.
This full-time role requires flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays and to adapt programs for diverse resident needs, including room-bound individuals, with a focus on safety, dignity, and meaningful enrichment.
