Legal Analyst

Gucovschi Law Firm, PLLC is a litigation boutique that prosecutes high-stakes consumer protection class actions in federal courts nationwide, having recovered millions of dollars for consumers in cases against companies like CVS, Peacock, UFC, FuboTV, and Poppi. The Firm is currently at the forefront of emerging data privacy litigation and food and beverage labeling claims, and is looking for a Legal Analyst to support that work. Role Description The Legal Analyst will support the Firm's attorneys and staff by identifying opportunities to improve legal work through the thoughtful application of artificial intelligence. The Firm uses AI tools, including systems built in-house, to speed up research, drafting, and case evaluation. This role is designed for a legal professional — such as a paralegal or legal operations analyst — who understands how legal work actually gets done and can apply emerging AI tools in a thoughtful, accurate, and defensible way. This role is based in our Miami office and may be eligible for a hybrid schedule. Workflow Development Work with attorneys, paralegals, and client intake specialists to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency Operate, test, and troubleshoot AI-supported workflows, including investigation, legal research, and document analysis Validate AI outputs by checking every citation, factual assertion, and scientific claim against its underlying source Develop prompt frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable use cases for firmwide adoption Qualifications Bachelor's degree required A degree in legal studies, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical fieldis preferred but not required 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in legal, consulting, professional services, or technology-related roles Strong foundation or interest in law, with familiarity in consumer protection, civil litigation, or class action practice Demonstrated experience with AI tools, including generative AI, legal research platforms, and document automation tools Robust analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex statutes, case law, and factual records #J-18808-Ljbffr
