Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term and post-acute care setting. Responsibilities Assess residents and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents and their families on health and treatment plans. Document care activities thoroughly to maintain accurate records. Support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Model dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership within a faith-based, mission-driven culture. Engage in ongoing training, professional growth, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
