Registered Nurse

Job Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN)– Full Time Overnight Location: Wayne Crisis Stabilization Center, HoneSDALE, PA18431 Job Shift: Midnight (2nd/3rd shift) Salary: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour (base), + shift differential ($2/hr 2nd shift, $3/hr 3rd shift). Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for full‑time, $2,500 for casual. Essential Functions Process intakes, including physical and psychosocial assessments, for all individuals admitted to the crisis residential facility. Provide ongoing medical observation/evaluation and medication administration for up to eight individuals at a time, throughout their treatment. Collaborate and communicate with the Crisis Residential PMHNP on all aspects of medical care. Provide emergency medical care as needed. Complete evidence‑based assessments screening for SI/HI/SIB. Provide training and education to members of Crisis Residential and Crisis Intervention Services staff. Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to assist individuals with accessing community resources and meeting treatment goals. Provide input on the development of psychoeducational support groups and activities. Provide supervision of individuals in treatment to ensure safety and compliance with facility policies. Engage in required supervision processes. Maintain quality standards. Document services provided to individuals. Participate in continuous professional development. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least three years of mental health direct care experience. Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and Act33/34 and FBI clearances. Licensed Registered Nurse. Preferred: Certified in Psychology or Psychiatry.
