Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate – WholesaleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate to support our Wholesale Parts Department. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with wholesale customers, quoting parts, and helping drive sales growth through excellent customer service and follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls/emails from wholesale customersQuote parts pricing and availability accurately and efficientlyEnter and manage orders in the DMSFollow up on quotes to close salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accountsWork closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely fulfillmentResolve customer questions and concerns professionallyMeet or exceed individual and department sales goalsQualificationsPrevious automotive parts experience preferred (wholesale experience a plus)Strong phone skills and customer service mindsetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills; DMS experience is a plusSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (hourly + commission/bonus, if applicable)Stable scheduleSupportive team environmentOpportunity for growth within the dealershipBenefits package (if applicable)Apply today to join a growing wholesale parts operation!
