GLO Wisconsin is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Milwaukee area.

This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys talking to people, working toward goals, and being part of a fast-moving team. You’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the brands we represent, helping create positive interactions while building valuable experience in sales and communication.

Your Day-to-Day

No two conversations are exactly the same. You’ll spend your time:

Speaking directly with customers at retail and promotional locations

Introducing current products, services, and offers

Learning how to identify customer needs and recommend suitable options

Supporting customers throughout the sales process

Working toward daily and weekly performance goals

Collaborating with your team to keep campaigns running effectively

Taking part in regular sales and product training

As you gain experience, you’ll also have opportunities to develop your skills in areas such as campaign strategy, team leadership, and training.
