What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment Participate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Support CRM-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrations Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and scenarios Coordinate with business users during UAT and help validate solutions before production release Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement Facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders Help ensure delivered solutions meet both business requirements and user expectations What We're Looking For Business Analysis experience in a software development environment Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum Experience working with CRM platforms and/or CRM implementations Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment This isn't just another Business Analyst position.
