What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for maintenance, repair, and installation appointments.
• Optimize technician routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and service needs.
• Monitor daily technician activity and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatching and scheduling software.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide outstanding service over the phone and through email.
• Collaborate with technicians, management, and office staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Help achieve company goals related to response times, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
