Job Description Job Description To manage and perform the day-to-day accounting and reporting activities, including supervising accounting staff. Act as the financial executive with proactive oversight and reporting of the financial results of the business including: Prepare and analyze financial information Perform periodic forecast activities Management of accounting personal Job Responsibilities : Accounts Payable Account Receivable Payroll General Ledger, Financial Statements 401K HR Maintenance of accounting records, systems and documentations in accordance with corporate policies and procedures Preparation of journal entries, financial statements, and analysis and reconciliation of financial data Development, implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures and internal controls as necessary to ensure protection of company assets Build and maintain constructive relationships with people across the business Possess a high degree of accountability, integrity, and ethics Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting required 10+ years' experience in Accounting or Finance required, including a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience 3+ years QuickBooks experience Experience using Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
