Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Completion of an accredited OT program
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills within the educational environment
• Design and deliver therapy sessions addressing fine motor, self-care, and sensory integration needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings to ensure compliance
• Communicate regularly with families to support carryover of therapeutic goals at home
