PRN Pediatric Provider - Fort Peck Montana Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated providerto join our growing partnership with the Fort Peck tribal health community. Position: Pediatric Provider (MD, DO, or NP) Location: Hybrid. Telemedicine with scheduled on-site travel to the Fort Peck Reservation Schedule: Rotational, with travel dates established on a pre-agreed schedule About the Opportunity This program delivers high-quality pediatric care to children in one of Montana's most underserved regions, blending innovative telemedicine with meaningful in-personpresence in the community. Our Fort Peck program has more than doubled its patient encounters year over year, and our providers work hand-in-hand with tribal health staff, behavioral health teams, and community partners to deliver truly integrated care. Job Details What You'll Do Provide pediatric care primarily through telemedicine and infrequent in-person care Travel to Fort Peck for on-site clinical care on a mutually agreed schedule Collaborate with tribal health staff, behavioral health coordinators, and local providers on integrated care planning Support care coordination for patients across specialty referrals, hospital discharges, and medication management Who We're Looking For MD, DO, or NP licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Montana Pediatric-specific training (pediatrics residency or pediatric NP certification) OR a demonstrated track record of pediatric practice Commitment to culturally responsive care and community partnership Willingness to travel to the Fort Peck Reservation on a pre-agreed schedule Comfort with telemedicine, or a willingness to learn.
