Cole Medical Services is looking to hire a full-time Respiratory Therapist who can deliver respiratory equipment to patient's homes or health care centers.The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and educational respiratory care services to patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. This includes assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. We are offering a annual salary for this position dependent on qualifications and experience..

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy..

Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.

Respiratory Care homecare experience.

Strong understanding of respiratory therapy principles and technology.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, patients, and families.

Ability to organize and plan the activities of subordinates, and to delegate appropriately.

Organizational skills are sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.

Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.

Computer skills that include proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and efficient use of the internet and

e-mail.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past three years.
