About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Payroll Manager to take on a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of both U.S. and international payroll operations. This hands-on position is not only focused on the current execution of payroll processes but also on driving significant transformation across global payroll systems, processes, and structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payroll across all cycles, managing international payroll in various jurisdictions, and overseeing payroll reconciliations, tax compliance, and general ledger alignment in collaboration with the finance team. Additionally, the role involves supporting audits, year-end processes, and payroll reporting requirements, as well as leading initiatives for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability. Applicants for the Global Payroll Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of payroll experience within a financial services environment, with a proven track record of managing both U.S. and international payroll operations. A strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance, reporting, and multi-jurisdiction requirements is essential, as is experience with payroll reconciliations, audits, and finance close processes. The role also requires exposure to payroll transformation, process improvement, and system optimization, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA, CPP, CFA, or partial designation. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional experience and be adept at partnering with finance, tax, and legal stakeholders on all payroll and compliance matters.
