Crew Members – Wings Etc. 2GO
Wings Etc. is launching an exciting new concept, Wings Etc. 2GO, opening January 2026, and we’re hiring our opening crew! Crew Members are responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including morning prep, preparing and packaging food, taking guest orders, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.

Duties
- Assist in preparing simple menu items and ensuring food quality meets our standards.
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Micros.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly.
- Keep the dining area clean by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining sanitation standards.
- Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions.
Experience
No previous restaurant experience is required—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn! However, familiarity with food preparation, POS systems (like Aloha or Micros), cashiering, or working in quick service or fast-food environments is a plus. Candidates should have strong time management skills, basic math abilities for retail math or cash handling, and an understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Experience in customer service or retail settings will help you excel in this role.
