What You’ll Do: Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance. Coach, train, and develop team members. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Ensure food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained. Support staffing, onboarding, and training efforts. Complete and verify opening, shift change, and closing procedures. Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment. Lead with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and teamwork. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. Help drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence. Customer service experience (3+ years preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license preferred. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities: Train, coach, and assess team member productivity and performance. Manage daily store operations and support restaurant profitability. Increase sales through exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution. Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations. Oversee inventory, stock levels, and operational readiness. Ensure compliance with Captain Jay's standards and procedures. Set and execute performance goals to improve operational results. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Physical Setting: Fast‑casual food service environment.
