Optum
Optum is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Advocate in California with remote work flexibility. You will handle inbound calls, perform clinical assessments, determine care levels, and explain benefits across care settings to support appropriate utilization.
Requires a Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field and an active CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), 2+ years in behavioral health, residence in CA, and ability to work 8:30ampm PST.
