Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a full-time Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) to join our mobile crisis team in Greencastle, Indiana. This role supports individuals in crisis, using lived experience to guide recovery and coordinate with local crisis systems. The CPSP will participate in day-to-day crisis response, risk assessments, de-escalation, and collaboration with law enforcement, EMS, and hospitals.
