Licenses/Certifications: RN license in LA, BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ER nursing experience

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the emergency department, utilizing the nursing process effectively.
• Assess patients' conditions, prioritize care, and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and self-care.
• Manage emergency situations, including administering medications and supporting critical interventions.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

What You Need

Required:

• Current LA RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Certification in clinical specialty area
• Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records
