They are currently hiring Tax Partners and Senior Tax Managers for two established, highly regarded local CPA firms.

These are ideal opportunities for CPAs who are great with clients, commercially minded, and motivated by the opportunity to grow a book of business and directly participate in the financial upside they create.

TAX PARTNER - Raleigh, NC

Join an established Raleigh CPA firm with approximately $8M in annual revenue and 45 employees.

Compensation:

• $180,000-$240,000 guaranteed base
• You get paid 35% of your billings with no cap
• Additional 5% of billings generated by your team

The upside is substantial.

For example:

• $500K in personal billings = $175K in production-based compensation
• $1M in personal billings = $350K in production-based compensation
• If your team generates $1M in billings, that's an additional $50K

The model is designed for someone who wants to build relationships, grow revenue, develop a team, and participate meaningfully in the success they create.

TAX PARTNER - Spokane, WA

Join an established Spokane CPA firm with approximately $2M in annual revenue and 9 employees.

Compensation:

• $180,000-$240,000 guaranteed base
• 35% of your billings
• Additional 5% of billings generated by your team

This is an especially compelling opportunity for a CPA who wants to become a key leader in a growing local firm while maintaining the close-knit culture of a smaller practice.

SENIOR TAX MANAGER - Raleigh, NC or Spokane, WA

We're also looking for experienced Senior Tax Managers who want to take their career and earning potential to the next level.

Compensation:

• $130,000-$180,000 guaranteed base
• 33% of your billings

For example:

• $390K in personal billings = $130K
• $540K in personal billings = $180K

Rather than being locked into a traditional salary structure, your earning potential grows with the business you help generate.
