Assistant Principal For Special Education Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Assistant Principal for Special Education at Murphy Junior High School. Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement and one of more of the following: Special Education Endorsement and one or more of the following endorsements: Learning Behavior Specialist, Speech and Language Pathologist, School Social Worker, or School Psychologist; M.A. in Education Administration; 5 years of teaching experience at the junior high school level and excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style. This is a 206 day position starting 7/20/2026. COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $83,800-$87,000 depending on educational background and experience.
