Workers Compensation Claim Supervisor

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claim Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely from Central or Eastern time zone locations. Key responsibilities Manages daily activities and financial transactions of the Claim Operations Team, assigning and reviewing work activities Evaluates team performance, identifies training needs, and ensures adherence to performance targets Provides regular status reports to senior leadership and facilitates the onboarding of new team members Required qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation operations or claims experience, including 2 years in team management Knowledge of mandatory forms preferred Must reside within the Central or Eastern time zone Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
