Treatment Plan Coordinator – General Dentistry
The Company: Private General Dentistry Practice located in Lawrenceville, GA.
The Position: We are seeking a Full-Time Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing general dentistry team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they clearly understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and scheduling needs while helping deliver a smooth and positive patient experience.
- $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
- Monthly bonus structure based on collections
- 2 weeks PTO
- 401(k) with employer match coming soon
- Continuing education & training support for certifications

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the dental field (required)
- 3+ years of experience in treatment plan presentation (preferred)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Upbeat, professional, and team-focused personality
- Software: Dentrix
Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage
- Coordinate scheduling and treatment follow-through to support case acceptance
- Collaborate closely with clinical and front office teams
- Help ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout the office workflow
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full support staff in place
