Location: Arden Hills, MN 55112 Duration: 6 months W2 contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and depending on business needs Hybrid Position: 3-4 days onsite Pay Range: $40 to $45/Hour on W2

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the Legal team. This role will serve as a key point of coordination between internal Legal team members, external law firms, and other business partners. The Legal Operations Coordinator will assist with law firm inquiries, invoice and billing matters, outside counsel administration, and a variety of Legal department administrative activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, following issues through to resolution, and working with confidential and sensitive information in a professional environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries from external law firms and other legal service providers.
• Respond to or appropriately route questions regarding billing, invoicing, administrative requirements, and Legal department processes.
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining information for law firms and other legal vendors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to resolve administrative issues and outstanding requests.
• Maintain accurate law firm, vendor, and contact information within applicable Legal systems and records. Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Promote a high level of customer service while collaborating with internal business partners and external law firms.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.

Demonstrated ability to investigate issues, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and follow matters through to resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in legal operations, a corporate Legal department, law firm administration, accounts payable, finance, procurement, or a similar administrative role preferred.

Experience with e-billing, matter management, accounts payable, or other Legal technology platforms is a plus.

Experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems is a plus.

Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
