Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license, valid in NY
• Minimum of one year’s experience in an ICU setting (recent experience preferred)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Proficiency in critical care protocols, ventilator management, and emergency interventions
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to thrive in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based care to critically ill patients
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs and responses to treatments
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and manage critical drips as ordered
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide support and education to patients’ families
• Document all care, interventions, and changes in patient status clearly and thoroughly
