Safety is our highest priority.* Lay out and install commercial pipes in a wide variety of job settings.* Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.* Install hangers to hold pipes in place.* Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof.* Install plumbing fixtures.* Use a variety of power & hand tools.* Brazing copper.* Help teach Apprentices on the job site.**Experience or Certification needed:*** 4 years of Commercial Plumbing experience.* A High School diploma or GED is required.**You need to be able to;*** Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.* Be punctual and reliable.* Work as a team.* Do Basic “Tape measure math”* Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.* Willing to be cross trained in different trades.* Work efficiently in confined spaces.* Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.* Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.**Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is the region's leader in HVACR, Electrical, and Plumbing services.
