This is more than a traditional insurance sales position. You'll receive hands-on training, personalized mentorship, and guidance from experienced Farmers Insurance professionals while learning the skills and strategies needed to succeed in a competitive industry.

What You'll Do
- Generate insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance products
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
- Develop sales, prospecting, networking, and customer retention skills
- Learn performance metrics, sales strategies, and insurance agency fundamentals
- Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management, and business growth strategies
- Work toward established production and professional development goals

Year One: Training and Development

Qualifications
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Life & Health license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to work toward goals and achieve results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain insurance coverages in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities
- Interest in professional development and long-term career growth
