To truly support your long-term success, this remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent role includes a competitive compensation structure with base pay plus uncapped performance-based commissions. Most agents earn between $75,000 and $120,000+ per year, while top performers exceed $200,000 annually. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, with optional weekend opportunities available based on performance.

You connect with inbound prospects who are actively seeking healthcare coverage and guide them through ACA, Medicare, and ancillary product enrollments while using a structured, compliance-focused process. You listen carefully, match clients with appropriate solutions, and ensure each enrollment is accurate and complete. As you build relationships and retain clients, you consistently grow your pipeline and book of business in a performance-driven environment that values improvement, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Active Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote setting
• Must reside in one of the following states: Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Nevada, Arizona, or Georgia
• Previous sales experience is a plus!
