Quality Control Inspector 2 / Wireline

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our wireline products meet the highest industry standards. You'll conduct critical inspections and testing of materials, components, and assemblies, playing a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in oil & gas manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final product, and receiving inspections by established procedures and API standards (5CT, 7-1, and premium connections)
• Conduct dimensional, visual, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hardness testing on components
• Verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments and gauges
• Maintain calibration database and coordinate equipment calibration schedules
• Review material test certificates and technical drawings for accuracy and current revisions
• Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and manage NCR/CPAR processes
• Identify quality issues and apply systematic problem-solving methodologies
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality management systems, and industry regulations
• Communicate inspection findings effectively to supervisors and stakeholders

Skills / Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Trade Certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in oil & gas product inspection
• Proficiency with standard measuring equipment and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• ASNT Level 2 certification in at least 2 NDE methods (LPT & MPT)
