Job Description The HR Recruiter position will have a focus on recruiting by screeningapplicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interviewprocess. To succeed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, able to speak to ahigh volume of applicants daily and should be familiar with using HR softwareand data tracking tools. Cross training will include working with the local HR coordinator to learn thedaily HR processes to include onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping,file maintenance, and HRIS entry. Ultimately, you should be able to contributeto the attainment of specific recruiting goals and overall results of the HRdepartment. Wage Range: $21.00 - $22.0 /per hour Position Requirements Minimum1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience preferred Knowledgeof human resources processes and best practices In-depthunderstanding of recruiting and sourcing tools Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills Abilityto handle data with confidentiality Goodorganizational and time management skills Consistentlyreport to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Demonstrateflexibility, adaptability, patience, and timely response to all requests Embracethe diversity of our work force and community and treat others withrespect without prejudice and bias Demonstrateeffective verbal and written communication that is clear andwell-organized Computerliterate; skilled in automated HR information systems, MS Word/Excel, ande-mail Stronganalytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills Demonstratedability to organize, plan, and manage workload and special projects.
