Job Summary We're on the hunt for rockstar HVAC Service Technicians who love the adrenaline of diagnosing mysteries, slaying system gremlins, and turning frustrated customers into raving fans. You'll roll out in your company van to residential and commercial calls, perform killer maintenance, repairs, tune-ups, and warranty work—keeping systems humming at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities (The Action-Packed Adventure!)

• Jump into service calls like a pro detective: troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems—electrical, mechanical, refrigerant leaks, you name it.
• Perform epic maintenance: clean coils, adjust components, replace parts, recharge systems, and run efficiency tests to prevent future drama.
• Handle warranty services, upgrades, and smart recommendations that save customers big on energy bills.
• Fire up tools and tech to test everything—ensure zero leaks, perfect airflow, and rock-solid performance before you roll out.

Required Qualifications (Gear Up for Greatness)

• High school diploma or GED—done!
• Valid EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred—refrigerant mastery!).
• 5+ years dominating HVAC service/repair (residential to light/heavy commercial—share your war stories!).
• Expert-level knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration cycles, and local codes.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose like a boss.
• Clean Illinois driver's license (company van, fuel card, and tools provided—roll in style!).
• Physically ready: lift 50+ lbs, crawl attics/crawl spaces, climb ladders, and conquer any weather.
• Reliable, honest, high-energy, and pumped for overtime/on-call (extra pay makes it worth it!).

Preferred Qualifications (Level-Up Extras)

• NATE certification, trade school, or apprenticeship cred.
